Digital files delivered by email through Payhip within seconds of payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Digital files are delivered immediately, so there is no right of withdrawal once the download starts. Faulty files are replaced or refunded within 14 days.

What we collect: your email address, and, if you signed up from a collection page, which collection it was. Nothing else. There is no tracking cookie and no consent banner, because we set none: our analytics (Umami, EU region) count pages without identifying anyone.

Why: to send you the free pack you asked for, to tell you when a collection opens, and to deliver what you buy. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form; you withdraw it in one click from any email.

Who else sees it: MailerLite (email delivery, EU) and, if you buy, Payhip (checkout and file delivery). Neither sells your data and neither is used for anything else here. We never sell or share your address.

How long: until you unsubscribe, and at most three years without any activity on your side. Purchase records are kept as long as French accounting law requires.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, by writing to hello@design-pfp.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
